Films are scheduled at the discretion of Pahrump Film Festival, Inc. Pahrump Film Festival retains the right to make changes to the published schedule at any time and for any reason. Films may be screened more than once.

Pahrump Film Festival, Inc. will pay for one-way regular return shipping within the U.S. for the exhibition copy of accepted films. Pahrump Film Festival, Inc. will not accept C.O.D. shipments.
